2 cups broccoli stems, finely chopped
2 pounds ground chuck
1/2 cup minced Italian parsley
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 cups rolled oats
Preheat the oven to 350º. Mix the meat, broccoli, garlic powder, and parsley in a bowl. Beat the eggs and milk together; add to the meat mixture and mix. Add the rolled oats and continue mixing. Put mixture in a 10×13″ baking dish, and bake at 350º for about 50 minutes. Cool and slice into portions.
