2lb beef or chicken liver with juice
2 cups flour (any kind)
2 cups corn meal (or oatmeal)
1 cup bran
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Cut up liver and puree in blender. Hand mix flour, corn meal, bran and garlic powder into the puree liver. Spread on GREASED cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Cut into squares using pizza cutter. Keep refrigerated. Freeze portions that will not be using within 2 days.
