Liver Toss

2 cups cubed liver
1/2 cup olive oil
3 diced garlic cloves
3 cups whole wheat pasta
1 tablespoon Italian Herb mix
Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.  Add liver to warm olive oil in frying pan.  Add diced garlic.  Sprinkle on Italian herbs.  Cook liver for about 10 minutes, stirring, until light pink inside.  Combine liver mixture with pasta and toss.
