Herb & Chicken Loaf

2 cups cubed whole grain bread
1 tablespoon parsley
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1/2 cup yogurt
3 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup olive oil
Mix the bread, chicken, and herbs together in a large bowl.  Beat the eggs and add the yogurt and olive oil to the eggs.  Pour over the bread and chicken mixture and mix together.  Pour into a greased loaf pan.  Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes.
